On Sunday, May 20, 2018, at the University of Vermont Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources Commencement Ceremony, 145 graduates were recognized for achieving the Bachelor of Science degree. At the Double Tree by Hilton Burlington, before a large and jubilant audience of family and friends, the Class of 2018 processed on stage to receive congratulations and diplomas from School faculty and staff. 

Graduates received bachelor's degrees in Environmental Sciences; Environmental Studies; Forestry; Natural Resources; Parks, Recreation and Tourism; and Wildlife and Fisheries Biology.

On Saturday May 19, the UVM Graduate College hosted a special hooding ceremony that included 16 Rubenstein School Master of Science graduates and 5 Doctor of Philosophy graduates. 

Rubenstein School Commencement speaker Carolyn Finney shared her excitement at the possibilities represented by our graduates. Dr. Finney reminded us that it has been the resilience and courage of people who have championed the rights and humanity for all that make it possible for our graduates to claim their place in the world today.
