What can I do before I go to speed things up?
If you have a Windows Computer:- Install all Microsoft Updates www.microsoft.com select Microsoft Update
- Install Symantec Anti-virus version 10.1 (contact the Help Line at 656-2604 for help.)
- Uninstall any file sharing or "Free" music download software.
- Run Software Update
