Blue Course Evaluations – Course Evaluation Reports – Faculty/Chairs/DIG Administrators

UVM adopted Blue by Explorance course evaluation software in Fall 2019. Blue is a centralized online evaluation tool with decentralized control and access. It automates invitation and administration of surveys to students, compiles student feedback anonymously and securely, and delivers private, comprehensive reports to faculty members.

Access Final Evaluation Reports:

Reports will be available shortly after the deadline to submit grades to the Registrar’s Office. When reports have been published, an email is sent to the individual instructor. Instructors can then access their reports in the following three ways or by clicking the green button below.

Chairs, Deans, and support staff authorized to retrieve and view results reports for the current term can use the same methods listed below.  If you need access, please make a request.

Reports are published according to the course evaluation calendar on the Registrar’s web page.

Chairs, Deans, and DIG Administrators:

  • DIG Administrators should always download reports onto their department shared drive.
  • DIG Administrators are the source of reports for Chairs/Deans who require historical reports from their shared drive or Blue.
  • If there is a change of Chair, Dean, or DIG Administrator, the new individual will only find reports for the term in which they are onboarded and onward. Any historical reports required by newly onboarded Chairs, Deans, or DIG Administrators should be retrieved from their department shared drive.
