The Tech Team serves as the main entry point for all IT support issues at the University of Vermont. Tech Team support services are available to all UVM affiliates, which includes current Students, Faculty, and Staff.
We respectfully request that those with support requests that are not urgent or related to academic success submit a ticket or email techteam@uvm.edu rather than calling, as this will help us to more efficiently respond to your (and everyone else’s) requests.

For in-person assistance, visit the Computer Clinic located at 26 University Place, Ira Allen i117. Enter from the east side of the building; no appointment necessary!
