Our Departments

Client Services

Client Services provides no-cost IT assistance to all UVM students, faculty, and staff for supported applications and devices. Carry-in help and Apple- and Dell-certified repair services are available at the Computer Clinic.

Enterprise Application Systems and Database Administration

The ETS department of Enterprise Application Services develops for and supports operational offices in their use of administrative software and business information systems, such as those used by the Registrar, Human Resources, and Student Financial Services offices.

Information Security Office and Identity and Account Management

The Identity and Account Management (IAM) Office ensures appropriate access to UVM's information resources by managing authentication and authority systems and services.

Systems Architecture and Administration

Systems Architecture and Administration (SAA) provides expert technology guidance to design, deploy, and maintain secure, reliable, and transformative information technology infrastructure that promotes world-class research, facilitates academic success, and ensures the integrity of operations.

Telecommunications & Network Services

Coordinator and provider of all telecommunication and network services on and off campus for the University of Vermont.
