CATcard in Apple Wallet
No more plastice! Your CATcard is now on your iPhone.
Add your CATcard to the Apple Wallet using the GET Mobile App. Be sure to upload a photo along with a government issued ID!
Important: Once your have successfully set up your CATcard on your iPhone or Apple Watch, if you possess an older plastic CATcard, do not throw the plastic card away as you will still need it on GMTA buses and off campus CAT$cratch purchases.

How to use your CATcard in Apple Wallet
Express Mode
CATcards in Apple Wallet feature the “Express Mode” transaction experience. For CATcard readers, a user will be able to approach the reader with a dark screen on their iPhone or Apple Watch without needing to authenticate via Face ID or Touch ID, enabling an extremely fast, frictionless transaction experience designed for campus use.
Turning Express Mode off:
When you add your CATcard to Apple Wallet, Express Mode is turned on by default. If you don’t want to use Express Mode, you can turn it off. Open Wallet, tap your ID card, tap the 3 dots in the upper right , and tap the Express Mode on/off button.
