Open to all UVM students, GSB's annual Accounting Career Fair is an opportunity to meet representatives from local and national accounting firms during the peak recruiting season for accounting internships and full-time positions. More than 150 students attended the fair last year, with Sean Riley, a partner with PwC and chair of UVM’s Accounting Advisory Board, praising the fair: "I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and depth of the candidates I met at the Accounting Career Fair. It is clear to me that UVM is doing an outstanding job in preparing the next generation of professionals for the business world."
UVM's MAcc program at GSB has a proven track record of CPA exam success and job placement, ranking in the top 10% CPA pass rate among U.S. institutions and meeting the 150-semester hour CPA certification requirement. Graduates have enjoyed 100% job placement. Along with Sustainability and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) course offerings, program STEM designation reflects the technical aspects of the accounting profession and enables our international students the opportunity to gain U.S. work experience. The Accelerated Master's Program allows current undergraduate students to begin studies.
