Refund Policy (Effective 07/01/2023)
Refunds can only be offered to individuals with no outstanding parking tickets or any other outstanding balance with Transportation and Parking Services.
FALL 2023 REFUND DATES | |
Through September 11 | 100% refund* |
September 12 through September 18 | 50% refund* |
September 19 through September 25 | 25% refund* |
September 26 and beyond | No refund |
SPRING 2024 REFUND DATES | |
Through January 29 | 100% refund* |
January 30 through February 5 | 50% refund* |
February 6 through February 12 | 25% refund* |
February 13 and beyond | No refund |
*The $5 processing fee is non-refundable
*All refunds will have a $10 administrative fee deducted from the refund total
*Refunds not available for summer permits or short-term permits (Daily, Hourly, Event Passes, Occasional Use Permits, etc.)
