User's Manual for the Vermont Natural Resources Atlas

The Vermont Natural Resources Atlas is an online mapping tool for Vermont’s natural resources. The Atlas allows real estate professionals and home buyers and sellers to obtain property information such as lot lines, the location of underground storage tanks, septic systems and wells, flood hazard zones, wetlands, permit status and other factors. With the Atlas, users can create site-specific maps for their clients detailing facts relevant to real estate transactions.
