Topic: This webinar will review case studies of flood mitigation projects funded through the FEMA’s Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) grant programs as well as Vermont’s new Flood Resilient Communities Fund (FRCF) program.

Speaker: The discussion will be led by Stephanie Smith, State Hazard Mitigation Officer with Vermont Emergency Management. 

Audience: This session will help attendees think about potential projects to reduce flood risk in their communities and get an overview of the different funding opportunities. The intended audience for this webinar is Vermont Municipal Officials.  

Duration: 60 minutes (30-35 minute presentation followed by a Q&A session)
