Vermont Septic Systems: Continuing Education Course for Real Estate Professionals
This course describes how septic systems work, the various kinds of systems installed in Vermont, and the regulatory framework for on-site wastewater systems. Real estate professionals will discuss permit and approval issues at the point of sale, and learn how to access online resources for answers to site-specific questions, permit applications, and contacts for state specialists.
