The UVM Rubenstein School presents this seminar by Hannah Lachance, 2020 Sea Grant Knauss Marine Policy Fellow. Hannah served one year with NOAA Fisheries and is now supporting NOAA Fisheries as the International Fisheries Science Specialist. Learn about Hannah's fellowship and how it led to her current position. 

Hannah received her B.S. in Animal Science and her M.S. in Natural Resources from the University of Vermont. She has worked in various areas of research and with various species spanning genetics to ecology and moose to fish. Since completing her masters, Hannah has worked for Vermont Fish and Wildlife and USGS Lake Ontario Biological Station. Hannah has a passion for conservation, restoration, and ensuring we are working collaboratively, interdisciplinarily, and efficiently towards tackling the big picture questions that will help ensure we have healthy sustainable ecosystems for generations to come.
