Leddy Beach Cleanup
Join Lake Champlain Sea Grant and partners through the Lake Champlain Marine Debris Coalition for a beach cleanup at Leddy Park on July 23!
We will meet at the picnic tables just before the wooden stairs down to the beach. The event will begin with a 15 minute conversation about marine debris in Lake Champlain and the dangers of foam pollution for ecosystem health. Then we will spend just over an hour collecting trash at the park, beachfront, near the playground, and the parking lot! Finally, we will sort the trash and document what we found!
Gloves and Supplies will be provided. Please register in advance using this form.
