WHAT IS HAPPENING?

As part of renovations, Environmental Hazards Management, Inc. will remove 674 square feet

of floor tile, 206 square feet of countertops, 32 square feet of fume hood and 8 square feet of

sink undercoating.

DURATION OF WORK:

Start Date: Monday, July 27, 2026

Completion Date: Thursday, August 6, 2026

Hours: 6-4:30

WHAT TO EXPECT:

A containment area under negative pressure will be constructed in Rooms 154 and 155 of the

building. During abatement, workers will wear personal and respiratory protection. Areas will

be clearly marked and should not be entered unless a situation posing an Immediate Danger to

life and Health (IDLH) occur, and if possible, this entry should be made with personal and

respiratory protection.

Thermal Systems Insulation.

Hours: 6-4:30

WHAT TO EXPECT:

A containment area under negative pressure will be constructed in the tunnel entrance on west

side storefront entrance of the building. During abatement, workers will wear personal and

respiratory protection. Areas will be clearly marked and should not be entered unless a

situation posing an Immediate Danger to Life and Health (IDLH) occurs, and if possible, this

entry should be made with personal and respiratory protection.
