Berlin—4-H is more than cows and cooking! Anyone, age 8 to 18, who resides in Orange and Washington Counties is invited to have fun learning a new skill while exploring 4-H through Try It Thursdays.
This free, five-session, exploratory series will introduce youths to different 4-H projects as well as allow families to provide input into what they would like University of Vermont (UVM) Extension 4-H offer in the central Vermont area.
The interactive sessions will be held at the University of Vermont Extension office in Berlin on U.S. Route 302 from 6-7 p.m. They are open both to current 4-H members and non-4-H’ers who want to learn more about 4-H programming.
Youths may sign up for one or more dates although space is limited to 15 participants per session, so early registration is advised. To register, go to https://go.uvm.edu/2024airy.

- March 14: Springtime Crafting
- April 11: Learn to Crochet
- May 9: Wigglebots and Beginning Robotics
- June 13: Sew a Scrunchie, Buttons and Mending
- July 11: Summer Crafting and Ice Cream Making
