Location: Ludlow, Windsor County

Tenure Arrangements Offered:
Long term lease (5+ years)
Partnership with farmer seeking land
Other: Long term lease with some partnership components is great, but I am also an 'outside the box' type of thinker so new ideas/suggestions for ways of working together are welcome.

The land is located in a valley that was not flooded in Irene. It is located along a river bed. There are numerous small streams that run through the length of the property. Farm Infrastructure:
Farm Buildings: Horse barn with storage or other options can be explored on an individual need basis
Housing: Room available with shared kitchen/living space

General Information:
Land owner seeking a farmer interested in tillable land plus 'year round' high tunnel farming. Long term lease/partnership. I recently acquired a 108 acre horse farm one mile outside of Ludlow, VT across from Jackson Gore access road. I run a boutique retreat home in Plymouth, VT where I feed my guests from local sources first. I have strong community relationships with business owners interested in buying local food: chefs/distributors/stores. Additionally, I have chefs interested in creating local products. I am also currently accepting applications for a barn manager--large barn with indoor arena, 12 stalls, 4 paddocks, plus trails and pasture land (not included in the 5+ tillable acres). I am a flexible, creative thinker looking for a long-range, growth filled endeavor with the right farmer. Please contact Tesha at 802-245-4746 or email
