Vermont Land Trust (VLT) is seeking a dairy farm manager for their Brewster Uplands property in Jeffersonville, Vermont. We have approximately 70 head of Normandy cattle on grass and expect to be milking approximately 40 animals by fall. The successful applicant will need maturity, an ability to be self-directed and solid experience with dairy cattle. Compensation will include salary, housing and utilities. The opportunity exists for equity accumulation with the intent of making it possible for the farm manager to move on to a farm of their own.
