The mission of the Teaching Academy is to cultivate a dynamic community of educators dedicated to driving innovation, advancing educational scholarship, and supporting faculty in achieving excellence in teaching and scholarly pursuits.

Becoming a Member

There are four tiers of Teaching Academy membership. To become a member, an applicant must submit a Teaching Portfolio application for peer review. Once members enter the Teaching Academy, they must remain eligible according to the stated requirements to maintain an active membership.

Applying for Membership

Applications are accepted twice a year: April 1 and October 1. Resident, Fellow, and post-doctoral scholar applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. The portfolio application can be found on the Membership page.
