Tracking & Evaluation Core

Following the CDC's Program Evaluation Framework, the Tracking & Evaluation Core (TE) helps each core set measurable annual goals with clear metrics. They also conduct membership surveys, maintain the membership roster, and support NNE-CTR’s annual reporting.

Our Approach

Our Approach

An NNE-CTR Model guides our work, and logic models for each Core area are used to align activities and outcomes. Data reporting focuses on program activities, outcomes, quality improvement, and dissemination.
