Dataset Overview
Yearly mean, standard deviation of yearly mean, and long-term mean (2003-present) of MODIS TIN (peak canopy density).
- Purpose
These data are used in the Vermont Forest Indicators Dashboard, available at uvm.edu/femc/indicators/vt, to quantify annual changes in the density (or 'greenness') of the tree canopy.
