DownloadableActon Derived Lake Physics Sonde DataProvides daily average estimates of a wide range of physical properties of the water column for Acton Lake based on manual sonde lake data and daily average weather data. Manual sonde data typically consisted of a single water column profile collected at weekly or bi-weekly intervals and the sonde data were matched with the corresponding daily average weather data and then used as input into rLakeAnalyzer() package in R v3.6.0 (Read et al. 2011). The daily average weather data are included. Buoy was typically deployed in lake from April/May to September/October. Original data collected at 15 minute intervals from 2010-04-23 to 2016-04-21 08:00 and switched to 10 minute intervals on 2016-04-28 13:40 (with gap in between April 21-28) until the end of the dataset on 2016-10-17 15:00. The daily average weather data are included. Quantiles of each variable (i.e., the ranked order as a proportion) are provided to facilitate evaluation of extreme observations. Manual sonde data typically consisted of a single water column profile collected at weekly or bi-weekly intervals and the sonde data were matched with the corresponding daily average weather data and then used as input into rLakeAnalyzer() package in R v3.6.0 (Read et al. 2011). The daily average weather data are included. The daily average weather data are included.
