With construction on UVM’s campus, there is a very significant change in the way parking will be handled during the conference. If you would like to park on Campus for the conference you will need to purchase a ticket via UVM's ticket service website ( no later than the end of the day on Wednesday 12/12 at 5:00 PM.

There are two types of tickets available:

  • $16.00 for all day parking at the closer Jeffords Lot (40 available)
  • $8.00 for all day parking at the Gutterson Garage (100 available)

For anyone that does not purchase a ticket ahead of time, you will not be able to purchase tickets on the day of the conference at the registration desk. If there is not space in the limited visitor parking spots at Jeffords, Gutterson or Waterman visitor lots, you will need to go to UVM’s Transportation Parking Services to purchase a parking permit. They will be open from 7:30 AM until 3:00 PM on Friday December 13th. They are located at 38 Fletcher Place, Burlington, VT 05405

Because of the limited parking, we highly recommend carpooling, and have set up a system to offer and accept rides at

You can now self-register for wireless internet access at UVM. Select the "UVM Guest" network, and you will be directed to a page where you fill out your phone number or e-mail to receive a verification code, which then gets you access to the network for the day.
