Her background includes urban geography, environmental justice, and data science. She has studied the politics of sustainable development, everyday struggles over land and resources, and how racial and economic inequalities shape cities and towns. Prior to joining UVM, she worked in the Office of Policy Development and Research at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
