Campus - Ira Allen Chapel

The Dean of Students office is committed to student success, including the health and safety of UVM students. Friends, faculty, teaching assistants and staff are often the first to encounter a student in distress. Pairing a student with the most effective intervention, support or resource is our strength.

If there is a potential for danger to self or others, Campus Police (802-656-3473 (if on campus) or 911) should be called immediately.

These pages provide information that may help in recognizing and responding to common problems that affect students in distress and making appropriate referrals.

For comments, questions, or alternative format, please contact the Dean of Students office at (802) 656-3380.
