Shoshanna Grunwald is the Director of Business Operations for Student Affairs, a role she has occupied since 2020. She is a systems-thinker providing leadership and structure to the wide range of business practices within the division including finances, human resources, space use, and general administration. She has the distinct pleasure of leading a talented team of dedicated business operations staff and collaborating across the division and institution in the name of improving how we meet our obligation to creating an environment where students can be healthy, engaged, and successful. 

Shoshanna came to Burlington by way New Jersey, where she graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Women’s and Gender Studies from Rutgers, and Philadelphia, PA, where she earned certificates in Marketing & Communications and Non-Profit Leadership.

She brings curiosity and a passion for people, progress, and puzzles to her work, both on campus and off.
