Gregg Jordan received his Masters degree from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music in 1989. In 2004, he founded the Sunset Academy of Music in San Francisco. Since 2007, Gregg has been teaching and performing in the Burlington, VT area. He joined the University of Vermont team as Affiliate Artist of Classical Guitar in 2025. He is currently working on a book describing the generative structure of the musical language. In addition to music and music theory, Gregg enjoys gardening and Permaculture land stewardship.
