Jen is the Assistant Dean of Administration and Finance at the Grossman School of Business. She oversees the financial performance of the School in addition to School operations, human resources, IT, and facilities.
Jen is a career businesswoman with more than 25 years of experience. Before joining the UVM community Jen worked for several for- and non-profit organizations, including EastView at Middlebury, The Lodge at Shelburne Bay, Hickok & Boardman Insurance Group, and the Emma Bowen Foundation.
Jen is a self-proclaimed lifetime learner. She graduated summa cum laude from the Community College of Vermont with an A.S. in Business and holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a theme in Sustainability from UVM.
Outside the office, Jen is an art enthusiast and spends time writing, drawing, and adding to her collection of works by her two favorite artists (her children).
