Carlos Rodriguez, joined the University of Vermont (UVM) as a Lecturer in accounting (one-year visiting) in the Grossman School of Business, in August 2015. Prior to teaching at UVM, Carlos taught undergraduate courses in accounting, auditing, and economics for several years at various colleges near his hometown in Wappingers Falls, New York. His latest assignment was with Marist College, in Poughkeepsie, NY, as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Accounting, at the School of Management. Carlos brings many years of diversified business experience in the areas of accounting, finance, and auditing. His main business experiences include leadership positions at the commodities division of former Lehman Brothers, Inc., and the reinsurance division of Swiss Reinsurance Company.
