UVM alum Jeff Rosenblum '93, has never been one to let the grass grow under his feet.
As a founding partner of Questus, a digital marketing and advertising agency with offices in New York and San Francisco, Jeff is widely regarded as a leading innovator in the digital space. A pioneer, and a business disruptor who has worked on teams that have helped revolutionize market research, publishing, sports broadcasting and interactive advertising.
Recently Jeff has turned his hand to another communications medium and become a film-maker, and on November 5 Jeff returns here to the University of Vermont to screen his documentary about the future of advertising, The Naked Brand, for a select class of School of Business students.
The film reveals the surprising story about the industry’s ability to help save the planet; one small step at a time. Jeff, who traveled the world to interview industry visionaries, scientists, authors and CEOs to create the film, will also discuss the implications for the future of the advertising business with the students and answer their questions.
"The class is already excited and preparing for Jeff's visit," said School of Business Dean Sanjay Sharma. He continued "we are all thrilled that Jeff is returning to campus to share his insights into the world of digital advertising, brand building and marketing. We believe Jeff's fascinating background and global work experience will intrigue and inspire our students.”
As an industry thought leader, Jeff regularly contributes to Ad Age and iMedia Connection, and has been featured in Newsweek Magazine and on Bloomberg TV. He presents at industry conferences, including Tedx, iMedia, IAB, Shop.org, Webcom, Adweek and Game Changers.
Every few years, Jeff likes to take on an insane challenge, which has led him to getting repeatedly punched in the face in the “Vermont Toughman Competition,” jumping in the frozen Atlantic Ocean in the middle of winter to raise money for the Make a Wish Foundation and running an Olympic distance triathlon with no training.
It should be quite a visit!
