Mychal Manolatos

Mychal Manolatos is the Founder and President of MPD Pool Holdings, a rapidly growing platform focused on acquiring and operating pool service businesses across the United States. Through an Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition approach, Mychal has built MPD into a multi-market operator, partnering with founder-owned businesses and driving growth through operational excellence, technology, and a long-term ownership mindset.

Mychal began his career in sales and marketing, working within Fortune 200 and Fortune 500 organizations, before transitioning to a family office where he focused on executing a buy-and-build strategy outside of the traditional private equity model. He is passionate about ETA as a path to building enduring businesses, creating opportunities for employees, and generating long-term value through hands-on leadership.
