Step 1: Registration

First of course, you need to register. This loads your information onto a collegiate record site called Banner, so that other offices who need your information can access it.

Your teacher needs it to put your name on the list of people allowed into WebCT, and the Cat Card people need it in order to issue you an ID card.

If you registered late and these transfers are delayed, you may have problems all down the line. Late registrants should call the Registrar's Office at: 656-2045 (FAX: 802-656-8230) if possible before class starts, to make sure your information has been uploaded. If you don’t get through, e-mail the Registrar at Registrar@uvm.edu
