The upper surface parking area of single row spaces adjacent to the Patrick Gymnasium and Forbush Natatorium, depicted in green on the map, must be cleared of cars by 7:00 a.m. on Friday, October 2 to safely facilitate a high volume of bus traffic for an athletic event scheduled for this day. Vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense regardless of permit status.

The lower surface parking lot, entire exterior level, adjacent to Spear Street depicted in yellow on the map, must be cleared of cars by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 2 for UVM Weekend events including Rally’s Rally. Vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense regardless of permit status.
Bad Weather
A double check of the forecast will be on Wednesday, September 30th with the final call being made on Thursday, October 1st. Once the call is made TPS will remove the appropriate warning signs. In case of inclement weather, Rally’s Rally will take place in the middle level interior and middle surface level/exterior of the Gutterson parking garage depicted in red on the map. These levels will need to be clear of cars by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 2. Vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense regardless of permit status.
