Permit renewal time is upon us! Current residential and commuter permits are only valid for the Fall 2026 semester.

Fall 2026 Student Permit Renewal

If you plan to park during the Spring 2027 semester, you will need to renew your permit via the TPS Portal: 

  • Residential permit holders must renew their permits before Monday, November 16 at 10 a.m. EST. Please note that we cannot guarantee parking for the spring semester if you do not purchase your permit before the deadline. Spring lottery information, including timing, will be announced in late November. 

  • Commuter permit holders may renew prior to November 30 at 10 a.m. EST.  

 **NOTE: Under no circumstances are you allowed to register a vehicle that belongs to another student or their family, nor are you allowed to use another student’s permit. Any student found in violation of this policy will have their permit and their parking privileges revoked for the entirety of the academic year. ALL participants involved will be held accountable and no refunds will be granted to the people involved.
