Charter service requests are only available to UVM affiliates. The request form must be received a minimum of 10 business days before the first date of service. Transportation and Parking services staff will contact you within 5 business days of the date of your request. 

Please note incomplete responses may delay or prevent us from scheduling service. Charter service is generally scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, pending driver availability.

Summer staffing constraints prevent TPS from offering charter service May 15-August 15, 2026. 

This form will remain open for charter requests outside these dates. Third-party charter bus vendors can be found in UVM Purchasing Service's Contracted Supplier List .

Please note the FY27 charter service rate will be provided once approved by FAB. 

• Standard Charter Rate $140.68 per hour (July 1, 2025 to June 31, 2026)
• Vehicles with specialized configurations may require a premium rate
• Billable Hours = hours of service + minimum 30 minutes before first stop, & minimum 30 minutes after last stop for pre & post-trip
• 3 hour minimum each day of service
• Cancelations must be received 24 business hours in advance, or you will be billed a 3 hour minimum.
