This 7-page report plus appendices summarizes the results of a survey of Vermont restoration practitioners exploring the existing and projected demand for locally-sourced native seedlings over the next 5-10 years. It represents the first step in a project led by the Watershed Forestry Partnership and the US Fish & Wildlife Service to address native tree and shrub stock shortfalls in Vermont.
