Deadline for submission of full review protocols is four weeks prior to the meeting date (usually the second to last Wednesday of the previous month).

Monthly Schedule

• Meeting dates and times are generally the 4th Monday of the month at 3:30 pm.
• Some meetings are earlier than the 4th Monday due to UVM holiday schedule.
• Meetings generally take place remotely.

Veterinarian Review Requirements

• All new protocols must be reviewed by the UVM Veterinarian, Joshua Woolsey, MS, DVM.
• Protocols need to be submitted through the UVMClick-IACUC system by deadline for Veterinarian review listed below.
• IACUC staff will assign a protocol to the Veterinarian for review as soon as it has been received in UVMClick. If the Veterinarian requires any revisions, those need to be made by the submission deadline for RPO. The deadline for each meeting date is listed below.
• New protocols will not be considered for IACUC review until the Veterinarian review has been completed.
