Submission and Review

To be considered for review at a specific IACUC meeting, protocols must be submitted in UVMClick at least four weeks before that meeting. Submission by this timeframe, however, DOES NOT guarantee review or approval at that meeting.

Review and approval is contingent on protocol completeness, successful completion of administrative and veterinary pre-review, and any required ancillary reviews, through the timely resolution of reviewer comments.

Investigators are strongly encouraged to submit protocols well in advance of the date IACUC approval is needed.
 

Monthly Schedule

• Meeting dates and times are generally the 4th Monday of the month at 3:30 pm unless otherwise noted.
• Meetings generally take place remotely.

• Meetings are generally held quarterly on the 4th Wednesday of the month at 3:00pm unless otherwise noted.
