Mission and Overview
Mission
Our mission is to improve quality of life and clinical outcomes for people living with cancer and their caregivers, through evidence-based, Whole Health care.
Overview
The Susan Lewis Levy Whole Health Cancer Program supports participants through a group lifestyle medicine program and a variety of optional integrative therapies designed to support their physical, psychological, and spiritual health.
Eligibility
This program is intended for people who have the time and energy to participate in a structured 8-week program, which includes education, experiential activities, and setting goals to work on at home. Some people may be ready to participate during cancer treatment, while others will find it more beneficial to wait until treatment is over. Please reach out to our team to discuss the right timing for you.
Billing
Many of the visits associated with this program will be billed to insurance. Participants are responsible for any co-pays or deductibles associated with their plan.
Some services (e.g., health coaching, group mindfulness, alumni program) are included free of charge.
