BIO
Kristie Grover, PhD, is the Research Associate and Integrative Oncology Lead at the University of Vermont Osher Center for Integrative Health.
Dr. Grover leads the Integrative Oncology Program, a collaboration between the Osher Center and the UVM Cancer Center. Currently, Dr. Grover is managing the development and implementation of the Susan Lewis Levy Whole Health Cancer Program, which will utilize an innovative and integrative approach to support cancer survivors' and their caregivers’ physical, psychological, and spiritual health. Dr. Grover previously chaired and continues to serve the Quality of Life Taskforce for Vermonter's Taking Action Against Cancer.
In her role as Research Associate, Dr. Grover leads and supports other researchers on projects related to integrative oncology, community interest, and usage of integrative health in Vermont, food/nutrition insecurity, health and wellness coaching, and other integrative health topics. Dr. Grover also has published on health-related topics including exercise interventions, substance use and cessation, HIV prevention and stigma, and anxiety sensitivity.
