New Student Orientation Dates
August 26 - 30, 2026 - All new first-year and transfer students joining UVM in Fall 2026.
Your orientation begins at 3:00 PM on your move-in day (August 26 or 27) if you are an on-campus student or on August 27 at 3:00 PM if you live off-campus. Plan to be in Orientation activities from about 9:00 AM - 9 PM each day of orientation.
Scroll down for detailed daily schedules for each color team. Color team assignments will be sent to you via UVM email on August 19.
Accommodations for New Student Orientation
We want all new students to have a welcoming and accessible orientation experience. Throughout the program, we will be moving across campus, both indoors and outdoors, and using spaces with varying room sizes, acoustics, and lighting.

Leading up the orientation program and throughout the orientation weekend, we will use ZeeMee to communicate with one another. All new students should download ZeeMee and set up their profile before arriving to campus!
