New Student Orientation Dates

August 20-24, 2025 - All new first-year and transfer students joining UVM in Fall 2025

Start Dates by Color Team:

• Blue, Orange, Green Teams → Begin at 3:00pm, Wednesday, August 20th
• Red, Purple, Gold Teams → Begin at 3:00pm, Thursday, August 21th

Color team assignments will be sent to you via UVM email on Wednesday, August 13th.

Accommodations for New Student Orientation

We want all new students to have a welcoming and accessible orientation experience. Throughout the program, we will be moving across campus, both indoors and outdoors, and using spaces with varying room sizes, acoustics, and lighting.
