OLum Testimonial
Here is what past Orientation Leaders had to say about their experience:
- “I really enjoyed the people I met and the confidence I built. I developed so many new relationships and many are still going strong! I feel more confident with campus and the resources on campus and confident sharing this with others. I also loved being able to bring energy, kindness, and comfort to students at various times. I really enjoyed working with them and making the transition easier!!”
- “I love orientation, it's helped me find my place and my people. It's a great way to practice leadership skills on campus and meet other students/leaders .”
- “I have so much pride in attending this university, and I loved being to share that to the incoming students. Much love to UVM!”
- “This experience meant SO MUCH to me and I genuinely wouldn't be the same person without it. It's crazy how much I grew in such a short period of time, and I've been able to apply the skills I gained from orientation to my TA position.”
- “Thank you for the opportunity, I really loved my team, my partner, my TL, and the sense of community all the OLs had!”
