General Information:
I am looking for a new farmer to work this land. This land needs to be fenced if someone runs animals on it. Water must be supplied for animals or vegetables. The town water supply runs along the edge of the property. The new farmer should be prepared to provide some sort of structure for shade/tools. I am interested in leasing this land for the short or long term for a nominal fee to the right person(s) in return for the farmer(s) paying for fencing and access to water.
