From the Director
Thank you for visiting and taking the time to explore our work. For over 25 years, VCHIP has worked to improve health care delivery, health outcomes, and systems of care to support children and their families across Vermont. Working closely with our clinical, public health, policy, community, family, and academic partners, we use measurement-based efforts to tackle big and small issues to strengthen pediatric health care for children and their and families.
Please contact us if you would like to connect or learn more about our efforts.
