Healthy Vermont Children and Families

Working with public health, clinical, policy, community, and academic partners, the Vermont Child Health Improvement Program (VCHIP) works to improve the health of Vermont’s children and families by promoting measurement-based initiatives that strengthen child health practices and influence policy.
