The Vermont Educational Loan Repayment (ELR) Program for Healthcare Professionals is funded by federal and state funds and is administered by the Larner College of Medicine Office of Primary Care and AHEC Program.

The goal of this program is to respond to healthcare workforce shortages in Vermont to ensure a stable and adequate supply of healthcare practitioners to meet the health care needs of Vermonters.
