Recover Deleted Email

This guide provides steps for restoring messages and folders that were accidentally moved to the Deleted Items folder, as well as steps for how to recover messages when the Deleted Items folder was emptied.

The “Deleted Items” folder is essentially the “Trash” folder of your Exchange email account. The “Deleted Items” folder will automatically purge any messages older than 90 days of age, it is important that you do not use this folder for storage of mission critical email or folders.
