New! Voluntary Benefits
As part of our ongoing effort to offer benefits that meet employees’ diverse needs, we’re pleased to introduce voluntary benefits for eligible employees. Voluntary benefits are plans that provide additional financial protection when you experience an unexpected medical event. We’re offering three different voluntary benefits:
Critical Illness Insurance: This plan provides you with a payment if you are diagnosed with a covered serious illness, like a stroke or certain types of cancer.
Accident Insurance: This plan provides you with a payment if you experience a covered accidental injury.
Hospital Indemnity Insurance: This plan provides you with a payment if you have a hospital stay for a covered reason.
For each of these plans, eligible claims are paid with a cash payment made directly to you, so you can use the money where you need it most, for things like bills or everyday expenses.
These benefits are 100% employee-paid at negotiated group rates which are oftentimes less expensive than individual policies.
Learn more about these different voluntary benefit offerings, coverage amounts, and costs in our Open Enrollment materials which will be released in early October.
2027 Medical Premiums
There will be a 9.5% premium increase to all coverage options for 2027.
