Rest Stop in the Dudley H. Davis Center (Formerly Living Well) is a home base for health promotion and wellbeing on the UVM campus. It offers a variety supports, educational resources, programs, and offerings to help students experience UVM to the fullest.

Condom Co-op

Body

Visit the Condom Co-op for the widest variety of free condoms, lube, safer sex supplies on campus. It also offers zines and educational materials on an array of positive sexuality topics. Pregnancy tests are available by request.

Harm reduction corner

Check out the harm reduction corner stocked with Narcan, drink and Fentanyl test strips and more. You can also get a printed T Break guide to try out a THC tolerance break.

Chair massages

Body

Our massage chair is available daily when Rest Stop is open. Stop by to sign up for a time slot to use it. We also offer occasional appointments for table massages.

Service Dogs in Training

Body

Pet, cuddle, or play with therapy dogs in the Rest Stop studio. We partner with UVM's service dog training club, UPRAWR, to offer a chance to unwind with dogs.

According to one study, 85% of people living in Vermont experience Vitamin D deficiency in the winter. Get some Vitamin D to help boost your mood and fight the winter blues by sitting in front of our lights for 20 minutes a day.
