Our Case Managers are here to support students in a variety of ways:  

  • UVM Resource Navigation: Assist in navigating and communicating with the appropriate campus resources and provide necessary information to facilitate and inform decisions. 

  • Community Resource Coordination: Assistance with accessing food, transportation, and mental health services. 

  • Advocacy & Support: Act as advocates for students, helping them overcome barriers and access the resources they need.

Getting help is easy, and our team is here to walk you through the process. Follow these steps to receive support:  

Step 1: Contact our office via phone or email to schedule an initial consultation. 

Step 2: Meet with one of our Case Managers in-person or virtually to discuss your needs and goals. 

Step 3: Together, we’ll develop a tailored plan to connect you with the resources and support you need.

If you are concerned about your safety, are experiencing a mental health emergency or suicidal ideation, please call your local crisis hotline, 911 or go to your local emergency department. 

The Mental Health Crisis Service for Chittenden County, VT, can be reached at 802-488-7777 

Mental Health Urgent Care is located at 1 South Prospect Street, is currently available at no cost to you, and is open 9a-5p Mon-Friday (Walk-in visits are welcome.)
