Project Overview

This is the long-term data storage for the Camels Hump "Siccama Plots" established by Tom Siccama and Hub Vogelmann in 1965. This study was initiated and continues to be stewarded by the Department of Plant Biology, University of Vermont. Data here were shared with Stephen Keller by Tim Perkins following the 2015 census. Since then, we have repeated censuses in 2021 (1 year off the intended 2020 census interval due to the COVID-19 pandemic) and in 2025. The expectation is for continued censuses to occur on 5 year intervals.
