Reporting Disability Discrimination or Bias

The Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO) is responsible for addressing complaints of discrimination, harassment, or bias based on disability or other protected categories.

You are encouraged to contact OEO if you believe you have experienced:

  • Disability-based discrimination, which can include failure to provide reasonable accommodations;
  • Harassment related to a protected category;
  • Retaliation related to a complaint or accommodation request;
  • Violations of UVM’s non-discrimination policy.
